We aim to provide the highest quality eSIM service. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we apply the following refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • You have not received the eSIM or activation details within the promised delivery window.
  • The eSIM is proven to be non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Your device is compatible, but activation fails due to our error.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Incorrect device selection (non-eSIM-supported devices).
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Network coverage issues outside of our provider’s control.
  • eSIM already scanned or activated.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Screenshot or proof of the problem.

Our support team will evaluate your case and respond within 2–5 business days.

4. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. We do not offer cash or offline refunds.
